Phew!!!

Phew!!! that was a big surprise, I became poorly and the last 7 days have been truly amazing. It is a very long story and I have learned an awful lot.

I am now fit and well. It is great being able to blog again.

    The relief I felt when they took me back to the ward from the operating theatre is very hard to put into words at this time. The best two word descriptor I can use is "sheer relief" as I did a mental stock check of the result of my surgery.
