What's in your lunch box?
I had a change yesterday for my meal at work. Rather than my usual big pot of yogurt I had some of Morrisons blueberry and cinnamon muffins. They are something different to take to work and when you try something new, it is always a bit of a gamble.
These blueberry and cinnamon muffins were delicious though. They were a real treat and I shall buy them again. For years I had become bored with sandwiches and to find something that brightens up your day is a real discovery.

My elevenses over the past few weeks consists of a cinnamon and raisin bagel. Tesco have a 4-for-£1 offer on so I've been stocking up and freezing. The American Bagel Co. do 6 for £1.35. They seem slightly smaller though taste a little nicer. Probably all the sugar. Never used to be a big lover of cinnamon, but it is growing on me.
Thanks for the tip Graham. I have looked at bagels in the supermarket before and I quite fancy them. There is only one thing that stopped me from making a purchase and trying them. As you know, I am a fan of Robert Fisk and bagels are Jewish. You remember how I boycotted grapefruits from Isreal.
Matthew: Packed our luggage yesterday and jumped on the bathroom scales to weigh the cases. Guess how heavy I am? 13 stone and 11 pounds, not quite as fat as some people we know down at the farm!
